Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vivah.vip is a digital matchmaking platform. Most of our services are delivered electronically and instantly. This policy explains how each kind of service is “delivered” — including the in-person services we provide as part of verification.

01.Digital service activation

  • Registration plan: activated immediately after Razorpay confirms payment. You become discoverable in search and the daily recommendation engine within minutes.
  • Mediator service: a mediator is assigned within 24 business hours of a match reaching CHAT_ACTIVE + both sides opting in.
  • Biodata generator: generated PDFs are downloadable from your account immediately after the wizard completes.
  • Marketplace lead routing: vendor receives the lead within minutes of you submitting the form.

02.In-person verification visits

  • Home verification (₹201): a Vivah.vip agent contacts you within 3 business days of payment to schedule the visit. Visit happens within 7–14 business days depending on your city.
  • Home + Workplace verification (₹501): both visits are scheduled together and completed within 14–21 business days.
  • The verification badge appears on your profile within 1 business day of the agent submitting their report.
  • Currently available across major Indian cities (Tier 1 and Tier 2). For Tier 3 cities, please contact us for availability.

03.Wedding event services

Vivah.vip is the digital backbone for your event planning (RSVP, QR check-in, vendor leads). We do not deliver physical goods or run on-site event services ourselves — those are between you and the marketplace vendors you book.

04.Marketplace vendors

Each marketplace vendor manages their own delivery timelines and shipping/setup policies. Vivah.vip's role is limited to routing the lead and hosting the listing. Any goods or services purchased from a vendor are governed by that vendor's own terms — please ask before booking.

05.International users (NRI / diaspora)

Digital services (matchmaking, mediator coordination over video) work anywhere with internet access. We schedule meetings across timezones automatically. In-person verification packages are limited to physical addresses in India — for international addresses, please contact us.

06.Delays

If a visit or service is delayed beyond the windows above, we proactively email you with the reason and a revised ETA. If we can't deliver within 30 days of the original commitment, you may request a full refund regardless of the standard refund window — write to refunds@vivah.vip.
